So last night was "Milk" and cookies night at the Broadway movie theatre. My friends and I thought it was only appropriate to eat cookies while watching the movie Milk with Sean Penn. The company was great and the cookies were so delicious. I must say that Ken's cookies were the best. Delicious peppermint added delight...Mm Mm good!
The movie was good in a sad way. Harvey Milk definitely was able to shine the light on the gay and lesbian movement in the late 70's. It is amazing to me that not much has changed in 30 years. There are still groups, religious or other wise, that think that they can openly discriminate there fellow human race. I honestly don't get why everyone in this great world can't be treated with the same respect. See the movie!

I don't know much about the movie and honestly I don't care what people are because in the end WE ARE ALL PEOPLE. Heart, souls, and all that jazz. The discrimination goes both ways and ultimately regardless of which side of the fence you are on, people get hurt. Time to tear down the wall...we ain't in China anymore Toto!!
I wanted to see this! I should have called you. I was downtown around 9 with nothing to do. Dang it! See you on Thursday.
