The break-up....

...with carbs.
It's time I start focusing on the diet again.
I have taken pretty close to a year off.
Gained 6 lbs...after losing 1oolbs.
I have slacked on my exercise.
I need to get back to 5 days a week.
Cut the carbs and the crap.
Less sugar more water.
I'm not buying one more piece of clothing until I lose 20lbs.
Focus, focus, focus.

I'm with you. We can do this. though I just had a sandwich and a piece of chocolate for dinner. Why can't healthy things taste better?
